Short Job Description:

Full Job Description: 

We are welcoming candidates who are educated to a relevant Diploma or Bachelor Degree level, who have studied Accounting, Finance Management or Business Science, or with at least 5 years of experience in a similar function.

About this Role
Our client is looking for a Finance Manager who is business focused, moves fast and gets things done, and enjoys working in a cross-functional team setting.  Duration of contract: 6 months; possibility of extension.

Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
Working independently / solely on the financial documentation
Analyzing the audit reports on audit findings
Reporting and processing of supplier and clients’ invoices to accounting
system
Validation and processing of all financial data
Daily logs of financial transactions
Employee hours and timesheet reconciliation / management
Reconciliation of financial transactions to relevant accounts
Employee corporate and social events coordination
Creditors and debtors management, reconciliation and capturing
Quotation processing and evaluation
Financial reporting of management accounts
Procurement management
Compile cost breakdown structures for projects
Initiate payment process
Monthly payroll administration
Compile files and financial documents for the final audit reports

Customers (external and internal individuals or groups to whom products, services and information must be provided):
Management team
IT staff
All divisions / business units
Projects and Systems Division
Information Technology Division
Limited Joint Ventures, Franchises and Agent Operations
