An IT company is looking for an experienced, Accounts Administrator to join their team.  This role is a full day with flexibility and is based in Tokai Business Park.

Accounts Admin

 

  • Bank Recon daily

  • Request supplier Weekly statements

  • Supplier Checklist

  • Updating Creditors Control Sheet

  • Weekly Fuel reports

  • Capturing

  • Commision Schedules

  • Recurring bills - 5th of each month

  • Debt Collecting/Payment follow ups

  • Vat File (every 2nd month)

  • Netcash and Nedfleet Reconciliation

  • Accounts email queries

  • Assist in General Admin

  • Supplier orders

  • Collating supplier deliveries with Helpdesk

  • Must have Xero Account experience

  • Takes accounts up to but excluding management reports

  • Experience in IT Services beneficial

  • Being Cool and happy
