A growing food manufacturing company is looking for an energetic and organised individual with an aptitude for numbers, general office administration, and an ability to multitask. Knowledge of Xero accounting would be an advantage.
Accounts and Admin Assistant Job, Cape Town
General accounting duties.
Manage creditors/debtors, follow up on payments whenever needed.
Issue credit notes where applicable.
Enter petty cash and reconcile.
Reconciling and capture invoices.
General day-to-day office admin.
Ad-hoc HR-related duties.
Organised - meticulous at maintaining accurate filing and spreadsheets.
Adaptable - the job scope might be wide and varied.
