Short Job Description: 

A small, established dynamic business that operates within the construction industry is looking for a professional, mature and skilled candidate who can act as their Accounts and Office Administrator.  This role is based in office in Diep River, is approximately 15 - 20 hours per week with a remuneration of R7k to R8k per month (neg).

Full Job Description: 

To answer telephone, document messages and refer queries to relevant personel.

To capture quotations, sales orders, customer invoices and log completed jobs.

To create purchase orders and input supplier invoices.

To count inventory and data capture.
