Our client is a dental practice in Sea Point who needs a Accounts/Debtors Administrator to come on board to put workable systems into place and clean up accounting records. This is an Independent Contract role with some work from home available.

Job Description:

To start off, clean up existing accounting records and create an accurate record-keeping system

Allocate payments to patient accounts

Claims from medical aids

Follow up on outstanding payments

Send out statements


Previous experience with a dentist or doctor’s practice and knowledge of Exact program will be helpful. Flexible hours and some work from home – an estimate of 15 - 20 hours per week; a lovely work environment in Sea Point.
