Full Job Description: 


  • Processing on Pastel Partner
  • Financial data input
  • Reconciliations - reconcile the bank account on a weekly basis
  • Ensure that the control accounts are kept up to date.
  • Day to day financial administration and month end processing
  • Manage and action all financial queries on suppliers or debtors
  • Assist the owner with the financial preparation, so that she is able to easily process the monthly returns, pay suppliers and the financial statements.
