  • Processing on Pastel Evolution Accounting System ( Bank statements, monthly overheads & salaries)
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  •  Payment of all Local & International Suppliers
  • Completion & submission of Bank Documents for outside SA Customer payments 
  • Handing over Customers for collection to Attorney’s
  •  Customer Credit Notes
  • VAT & Payroll Taxes to SARS
  • Staff loans (other than small petty cash loans), All Company Reports
  • Cash Flow Analysis, 
  •  Maintaining the Company Leave Register
  • Approving Leave Forms
  • Fixing Pastel Evolution problems
  • Assisting Auditor with Financial Year-end Audits
  • Finalising Stock Take with Purchasing and Admin
  • Signing off order Requisitions Forms when Kyle is not available
  • Assisting Purchasing & Admin with issues 
  • Investigating & fixing processing mistakes
  • Any other Company Financial related matters
  • Assist with Stock Take when required by the Business
  • Reporting of Non-Conformances to the responsible staff member.
