Bookkeeper and Administrator

Short Job Description: 

An importer and distributor of specialised sporting goods is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who can be responsible for basic accounts and administration. The role will initially require approximately 3 hours per day in office but in time more than 50% of the work can be done from the successful candidates home office.

Work from home office and client's office

Capturing on Sage (expenses, payments, etc)

Working with international suppliers and local distributors/clients

Arrangement payments with banks (forex)

Recons of bank statements

Monthly accounts

In time, e-filing 

Prepping for Audit

Adhoc administration, and more
