An innovative beverage development company requires a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join their team.  This is a flexi hours role - 32 hours per week.

Full Job Description: 


  • Check and verify source documents such invoices etc.
  • Reconcile and balance all accounts on a daily basis
  • Receipting of debtors payments from various sources
  • Maintain internal control systems
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Scrutinise supplier invoices and load payment batches
  • Comply with relevant reporting requirements, and maintain a complete filing system to support financial records
  • Maintain relationships with current suppliers and resolve queries timeously
  • Manage the general running of the office, including building and tenant queries
  • Track stock of office supplies and place orders where necessary
  • Ad hoc tasks and project management

Skills and qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Quickbooks / Quickbooks Online
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures/experience
  • Relevant post matric financial qualification
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Confidentially and integrity
