Short Job Description: 

Our client in the financial services industry is currently recruiting a few CA(SA) candidates who would like to be working on an ad-hoc basis, varied hours a day. These would be flexi-hours (but in line with project/client requirements) and would be a hybrid of remote (primarily) and in-person in the Pretoria office on project requirement.

CA (SA) Job, part-time, Pretoria, Gauteng



Qualification: CA(SA)

Years experience: Ideal 5 years + having managed a full client

Min requirement articles + 12 months


Prior experience:

Ex audit supervisors or managers at either

1. One of the top 4 auditing firms (EY, KPMG. Deloitte, PWC) 

2. Mid tier auditing firms (BDO, Grant Thornton, PKF, Mazars, Nolands, SB&T, SizweNtsaluba VSP)

3. An investment analyst or senior dealmaker at an investment or development bank (IDC, Sasfin, Investec, Business Partners) 


The primary skills are:

1. Proven excel and modelling skills, an excel skills test will be done

2. Problem solving abilities and initiative

3. Attention to detail

4. Comfort with analysing qualitative documentation and document management

A contract would typically be structured over (assuming 21days per month) -

NB. Please indicate in your cover letter your availability and desired hours a day. 

3 months:  2 - 4 equivalent hours per day

6 months:  3 - 6 equivalent hours per day

9 months:  3 - 8 equivalent hours per day
