Full Job Description: 

Client Relationship Manager Job, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

The ideal candidate must have 3- 5 years of experience working with a financial planner, in an individual business capacity with the following products: Retirement Annuities, Preservers, Living Annuities, Endowments, and Unit Trusts. 

 

Responsibilities:

Liasing with clients - setting up meetings, talking to clients.

Preparing all documents eg: Forms, compliance documents, letters, schedules and proposals. 

Managing diaries

Preparing client files for meetings - ensuring that all forms are completed and policy schedules are in the files etc. 

Submitting and following up on requests.

Handling client queries and relationship building.
