Short Job Description: 

A client in the fintech space is looking for a versatile Client/Supplier Manager to support the business with various administrative duties. Previous exposure to legal statutory or regulatory environments a huge advantage.

This role is in the office in Pinelands, Cape Town, however is very flexible with regards to remote working.

Full Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Client engagement and relationship building
  • Setting up and managing meetings
  • Ensuring potential clients have information at hand to see whether they will take up services
  • Ability to close deals 
  • Entering and using CRM systems
  • Engaging with suppliers to ensure on-time scheduled service delivery
  • Administrative duties, managing paperwork, and legal documentation
  • Ensure documentation for deals are complete and compliant
  • Opening of bank accounts and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Tech savvy
  • Understanding of cloud-based services 
  • Able to work on Google drive, slack, and MS Office specifically Excel
  • Solid with numbers
  • Strong communications skills
  • Articulate and good command of the English language
  • Detail orientated and meticulous
  • Highly organised administrative skills 
  • Previous exposure to legal and statutory environments
  • Self-starter 
  • Proactive
