Short Job Description: 

Our Client is currently recruiting a candidate to assist in reducing risk for the Company through effective evaluation of legal contracts and management of adhoc legislative requirements required by different contracts.(Initially a 3 month contract. At first the candidate would need to be in office, but can work from home.) Company based in Centurion, GP.

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Client & Supplier Contract Management:
    1. Manage the effective compilation, evaluation, risk assessment, administration and dispute resolution of contracts


  1. Manage credit insurance limits and applications:
    1. Manage all client credit insurance limits, and new applications per client


  1. Manage Accelerated and Shared Growth Initiative of South Africa (AsgiSA) reports:
    1. Manage entire reporting process for AsgiSA requirements for applicable site / contract


  1. Compile payment reports for client site:
    1. Receive payment data, and compile into payment reports for site sign off
    2. Confirm and ensure payment detail is correct, and submitted for payment


  1. Adhoc queries:
    1. Assist Company with any ad hoc legal queries
