Experienced Creditors Clerk needed who has worked on Pastel Evolution.  With over 250 supplier accounts that must be reconciled and updated on Accounts payable, the suitable candidate must have sound Creditors recons experience and excellent attention to detail. Your ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment is essential. 

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage supplier accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

This is an urgent start contract for a self-starter, who is customer focussed.  Please note candidate must be able to start by Monday 14 January 2019 and thus must be immediately available.
