Our client, an international e-learning partner is seeking a Digital Course Content Writer to deliver high-quality course content, including a course matrix and atlas. This is a 3-month contract.

Full Job Description: 


Manage day-to-day and face-to-face transactions with the digital learning strategist to translate a course matrix into a detailed course atlas which supports an effective and efficient digital course building process.

  • Reviewing course documentation - e.g. discovery phase notes, post-discovery phase design brief, learning strategy presentation, matrix - to familiarise themselves with the broader context of the course
  • Working with the digital learning strategist to create and review content request documents for the client
  • Ensuring the client delivers the content request documents on time
  • Translating client content into digital course content, according to design principles
  • Populating the Atlas and finalise video transcripts, according to Proversity’s learning and visual design principles
  • Creating a graphics guide, according to Proversity’s design principles and process
  • Adding assets to the atlas (e.g. graphics, video information)
  • Support the digital learning strategist to run the atlas through the QA process, as required. E.g. mapping all design activity for learning and visual design

Skills and experience:

  • A graduate of English and/or Education with undergraduate level English writing skills
  • Exposure to learning design
  • High level of written English and good communication skills (internal and external comms)
  • Attention to detail
  • Client management experience
  • Organisation - monitoring progress and meeting deadlines
