Full Job Description: 

This role will suit a highly-skilled candidate who is dynamic, robust, and resilient.

Be responsible for working with 3 directors, two of whom are in international offices.

The successful candidate will be able to manage 'upwards' and inspire the CEO with confidence that all is being taken care of in a professional manner.

The managing of the CEO's schedule is essential and should be flawless.

Scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements (local and international) is a large part of this role.

An ability to liaise with confidence and professionalism to executive management level within the client base

An excellent knowledge and ability when it comes to MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

The attitude that no job is too big or too small
