Executive PA

Short Job Description: 

6-Month maternity cover fixed duration contract to start in May 2021.  Company with international footprint requires the services of an Executive PA to the MD. This is a full-time role but as the MD travels regularly, there will be days where you only need to work 5 hours per day, leaving you with some flexibility.

Full Job Description: 

Essential Requirements:

  • Exposure at EXCO level as a Personal or Executive Assistant - at least 10 years' experience in corporate environment
  • Exposure to working with international stakeholders and blue-chip companies
  • Understanding of the importance of attention to decorum and protocol surrounding presentations, communications and liaison with international stakeholders
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills - must be very adept at creating a professional animated presentation
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • The environment is very friendly, but the work is of very high compliance in nature due to the high risks associated with their Operations.  As such, the person would need to be a perfectionist, striving for zero error
  • Must have a strong ability to organise and control the activities of an MD - be the 'right hand' to the MD, who needs to be supported by scheduling her activities
  • Will suit someone who is curious, eager to learn, high intelligence complemented by high emotional quotient
  • Would suit a person who is very professional and loves controlling tasks and priorities
  • Day to day tasks include diary management, travel arrangements, compiling presentations, taking minutes at EXCO meetings, international stakeholder liaison
