Our client is currently recruiting a Finance Administrator. The administrator will support the finance team to process day to day accounting and administrative functions. The position is temporary, and the company intent to provide a 3 (three) month contract, with the option to renew, if so required. This position is based in Midrand, Gauteng.

Financial Administrator/Junior Bookkeeper job, Midrand, Gauteng




Act as administrator and assistant to the group financial manager

Enter financial data into the company SAGE ERP platform

Processing of sales invoice

Follow up company debtors

Provide creditors control support to the finance team

Provide general accounting support 

Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations

To assist with any financial or other company related functions within the organisation

Conduct physical inventory verification checks and counts
