Full Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • All GL processing – accruals, provisions, fair value adjustments, recoveries etc.
  • Debtor and Creditors posting, reconciliations and recoveries
  • All trial balance reconciliations
  • Variance analysis, forecasting, scenario planning and assistance with cash flow management
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • Preparation of management accounts including variance analysis and forecasting
  • Assisting with the budget process
  • Responsible for audit queries and liaising with auditors
  • VAT and Tax calculations and submissions
  • Accounting entries
  • Accurate and timeous monthly reporting

Experience / Knowledge / Requirements

  • Degree Financial Management or Accounting
  • 5 years similar experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Hardworking, driven and passionate
  • Deadline driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Well organized, and ability to take ownership
