Full Job Description: 

Bookkeeper Job, Half-day, Cape Town Western Cape

The role is mornings only. Hours 08:00 - 12:30 or 08:30 - 13:00


  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Uploading onto pastel system
  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
  • Processing payments.
  • Conducting daily banking activities


  • Bookkeeping Certificate or similar
  • Some experience in the property industry would be a plus.
