Group Finance Manager (6 hours per day)

Responsibilities include but may not be strictly limited to the following:

  • To closely manage the reconciliations around the client liability held and to take responsibility for the accuracy thereof
  • To ensure the accuracy of all monthly management accounts before reporting to the shareholders
  • To manage the financial department, including mentoring of financial staff
  • To manage cash flow of the companies own money and keep the relevant parties forewarned of any red lights in this regard
  • All budgeting and quarterly forecasting responsibilities
  • Tracking actual against budget to assist management in reaching targets
  • To be an active member of exco in this growing business
  • Assist directors in board pack preparation
  • Full payroll function of the company including statutory reporting and deadlines both monthly and annually
  • Tax compliance
  • Oversight of annual audit and ensuring a clean audit report
  • Strategic involvement, from a financial perspective, the expansion plans of company into Africa as well as any offshore expansion financial endeavors

Qualification: CA with at least 5 years’ experience
Experience: At least 5 years post articles

ERP Software i.e. Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous)
Retail experience and environment with high volume transactions
