Full Job Description: 

Healthcare Administrator Job, Jhb North, Gauteng

This position would be best suitable for an individual who is task orientated and pay high attention to details as this is a client-facing role. 

The ideal candidate should be good at interacting with clients and proficient in speaking and writing English. A second language would be an advantage. 

Duties:

Process paperwork.

Client and healthcare consultant feedback.

Handle queries from clients.

Facilitate the billing process and the service of the third-party providers for individual clients and groups. 

Update reports.
