A global company, who delivers specialised business services seeks an IT Change Manager. The primary responsibility of this role would be to implement change management strategies, to maximise employee usage of new technologies across the firm.
IT Change Manager, Northern Suburbs, Western Cape
The Change Manager will be responsible to ensure new technologies are adopted across the firm, through change management, business analysis, and various training strategies.
The primary responsibility of the IT Change Manager would be to maximise adaptation and minimise resistance by employees when new technologies have been introduced, by implementing operational plans and change management strategies.
Ensure that all objectives have been met, within certain time limits, and the project has stayed within budget.
The firm has identified that the new technologies have to be carefully aligned to the need of the stakeholders. The IT Change Manager has to engage with the stakeholders and define their requirements and then document these processes.
Identifying the correct training needs.
Provide training to new staff members and to partners throughout the firm.
Preparation of training material.
Assist with all the new project rollouts.
Take ownership of all desktop user issues, and the resolution thereof.
Identify business needs, based on training and desktop user feedback.
Deliver feedback on the firm's finance system.
Liaise with the Head of Compliance over the use of the learning management system and the delivery of risk and compliance training.
Administer various training methods.
Experience in project-related work.
Evidence of self studies towards Prince 2, ISEB, and AGILE.
Working knowledge of Autonomy iManage.
Working knowledge of financial systems and legal software would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be working on South African public holidays, but will not be working on UK public holidays as this role reports to the London Head Office.
