Office administrator required for a company in Honeydew Johannesburg.  Work 5.5 hours per day.  Duties include attending to sales queries, deliveries and collections.

Full Job Description: 

Answering of telephones

Sending quotes to new customers (ensuring all relevant documentation is received and all relevant questions are asked)

Checking sales emails (sorting emails – ensuring nothing is missed)

Capturing deliveries and collections (ensuring all information is correct)

Capturing new customers (ensuring all documents are received and new files created for the accounts department)

Ensuring all documentation is correct at all times (new customers/deliveries/collections)

POD deliveries & collections (ensuring all stock numbers are correct)

Writing up of deliveries & collections

Ensuring accounts department receives all documentation for invoicing

Filing of documents/customer files (keep filing cabinets neat and tidy)

Phoning customers / new leads

Work hand in hand with the sales team/accounts department

Sales is a key feature in this role – a strong candidate is required (someone who is self-driven, confident, punctual and can cope under pressure)
