Duties

Finances

  • Save, record Cash Flow
  • Collect all petrol and CC slips
  • Petty Cash and recon

Consultant support

  • Symposiums - Register attending consultants and travel admin
  • Other event registrations

General office admin

  • Check that weekly cleaning checklist is completed
  • Manage company website updates monthly
  • Purchase stationery, grocery and cleaning supplies 
  • Answering of phones
  • Damages/theft procedure - manage & oversee
  • IT, Internet, Telephone admin
  • Vehicle fines - put fine on drivers name
  • All Courier arrangements
  • Security Admin
  • Asset Register updates

Marketing

  • Sourcing and order company clothing 
  • Purchase and source client gifts
