A business consultancy based in Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria, is looking for an Office Administrator/Finance Assistant to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate must have good MS Office, Excel and Pastel skills. This position is an in-office position.

Office Administrator/Finance Assistant Job, Waterkloof, Pretoria, Gauteng


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Must be able to oversee petty cash and all other office related expenses;
  • Be responsible for upkeep of office filing system, and odering office stationery;
  • Must be able to assist in travel arragements for senior staff, flight booking and accommodation arrangements;
  • Be willing to run ad hoc errands pertaining to business;
  • Co ordinate meetings;
  • Assist other departments with overflow administrative work where necessary.

  • Be results-focused and goal-oriented;
  • A quick learner with good organizational skills;
  • Some knowledge and experience of bookkeeping;
  • Knowlegde of Pastel Sage an advantage.
