Office Manager Job, Administration, Cape Town, Western Cape


  • Administrative duties
  • Reception and switchboard management
  • Ensure office is kept in a presentable and clean
  • Covid screening 
  • Assisting with creditors and other basic financial administration
  • Diary management and meeting bookings
  • Assisting with importing and stock orders for the office
  • Ensuring that the office is stocked with all the required consumables such is as groceries and stationery
  • Typing and submitting correspondence and reports
  • Keeping a log of vehicle fleet and all the administration of the fleet
  • Assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes for the administration department
  • All ad-hoc administration as required by management


  • 5 - 10  years plus experience in an administration/office manager role
  • Experience in setting up systems and process experience
  • Tech-savvy
  • Professional
  • Ability to work well with clients and suppliers
  • Collaborative and team orientated
  • Structured
  • Highly organised and able to create order 
  • Diligent and ability to put protocols in place as well as ensure that these protocols are followed
  • Drivers license and car required
