Full Job Description: 

Our client seeks a COO to manage operations and enable scalability by implementing digital solutions and business process efficiencies.

Management adopts a strong Christian foundation in their company values.

Key outputs required:

  1. Ensuring that the following business and operational processes are scalable:
  • Contractor recruitment
  • Contractor performance management
  • Client services processes
  • Contractor and client dispute management

    2. Assessing what technology we need to scale and putting that in place
    3. Engaging more with customers and contractors to understand how the company can add more value to increase loyalty 
    4. Developing a robust growth strategy with sound projections, monitored using strong business performance metric tools
    5. Developing and implementing a team strategy with strong internal performance incentives and review processes
    6. Reviewing comms and PR activities and putting a strong strategy in place to execute
    7. Establishing value-add partnerships with suppliers or start-ups
