Personal Assistant (Part -Time Remote)

Short Job Description: 

Small digital entrepreneurial business requires a Personal Assistant for 10 - 20 hours per week, working in the office twice per week, the balance of the hours will be work from home. The role is to assist the CEO and the investor/Director in freeing up their time to focus on the strategic growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Desktop research work 
  • Document preparation 
  • Administrative work (Manage vendor payments, organising and collating investor documents, filing, expense management, payroll management, travel management, personal admin etc)
  • Email/meeting management for business development leads 
  • Diary Management
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • This individual must be able to dedicate the required hours daily
  • Self-starter who is highly organized and disciplined and confident. 
  • Remote work with 1 or 2 days a week in the office for half a day
  • 10-20 hours a week for the first month, thereafter  8-15 hours per week depending on workload
