A client of ours, residing in Constantia, Cape Town, is currently recruiting an administrative and household management support person for their family. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant.
Candidate must have great communication skills, be able to multitask, proficient computer skills and background in accounting/bookkeeping a plus! (initial 3-month contract)
The candidate must be upbeat, articulate, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have an overall “can-do” service-oriented attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to
Running various errands,
Paying bills, and managing household budget & bookkeeping,
Managing online purchases/returns/etc,
Assisting in planning events,
Overseeing vendors, renovations to the home, quotation facilitation and much more,
The candidate must be comfortable handling matters related to the children in the afternoons, including homework help
Must be comfortable with dogs.
