Full Job Description:

  • Manage switchboard and attend to visitors
  • Make logistical arrangement for meetings (including boardroom bookings)
  • Assist with general office administration and assist the Financial Manager on an ad hoc basis
  • General admin - type correspondence, documentation, scanning and photocopying
  • Maintain filing system
  • Dealing with telephonic and email queries
  • Liaise with courier services online and telephonically regarding collections and deliveries
  • Ordering and managing all stationery requirements
  • Liaise with service providers

Skills and experience required:

  • 3-5 years front office experience
  • Excellent telephone skills - articulate, with excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Accurate and fast data capturing skills
  • The ability to handle daily issues with confidence and competence
