A tech-ed institution is looking for a contractor to support the Talent Acquisition team on a month to month basis, this role is office based but offers flexibility to work from home. This is a month to month independent contact.

  • Competency-based interviewing skills
  • Ability to interview executive-level candidates confidently
  • Source candidates
  • Screen candidates 
  • Do all the relevant background checking and referencing
  • Full recruitment cycle experience
  • Ability write job briefs
  • Advertise on the relevant job portals and website
  • Assist in keeping the careers page up to date
  • Update and keep talent acquisition system and administration up to date
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager as required 


  • 3 years plus of recruitment experience
  • Solid interviewing skills
  • Competency-based interviewing techniques 
  • Strong admin skill
  • Strong command of the English language - both verbal and written
  • Home office
