Full Job Description: 


The incumbent will be responsible for building the new arm of the business through recruitment and will be supported by experienced finance, marketing, and customer service support teams as well as well developed technical systems. 

Essential Requirements:

  1. A sense of wanting a greater purpose to your career, while being commercially minded. 
  2. An established career and proven successes as a recruiter, together with experience managing, motivating and growing a business unit. 
  3. Must be a team player. 
  4. Willing to take initiative and share your ideas freely. 
  5. 5-10 years graduate recruitment experience is essential. 
  6. Comfortable working towards financial targets.
  7. Would suit a commercially minded, strategic implementer with an entrepreneurial flair. A tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous
  8. Ability to present to and engage with key decision-makers at senior levels of management.
  9. Highly collaborative mindset with an ability to work across various team members and disciplines remotely. 
  10. Understanding of the competitor landscape
  11. Recruitment and operational management of a future recruitment team. 
  12. A fully equipped home-office, laptop and a minimum 20 mbs +  ADSL/Fibre network is essential.
  13. Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town Area
  14. Professional, friendly with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and honesty.
  15. To be willing to work a full-day with the flexibility of being able to work from home.
  16. To have a high aptitude for computers and technology as this is a paperless environment working 100% online, utilising tools like Google Business Suite, Zoom, and more. 
  17. Must be comfortable to work from home. (Opportunities exist to work in an office if you are located near the head office – Somerset West)
