Full Job Description: 

An international company with a new office opening in South Africa providing corporates with a product for their pregnant employee's upcoming birth. Sales representatives will have the flexibility to manage their own day, working from home, with minimum targets to be achieved. SA office is based in Pretoria. 

Responsibilities:

  • Source new clients, and secure business by either cold calling making use of social media, email and personal appointments with decision makers. 
  • Finding potential leads and maintaining relationships with current and potential future customers.
  • Meeting set the targets on a weekly or monthly basis, to secure commission earnings, and will be part of the sales performance management process.
  • Will be expected to represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, trade shows, attend conferences, and other sales opportunities that presents itself.
  • Work hours will be flexible as long as targets are met.
  • Manage the sales life cycle including ensuring that the product or service arrives on time, as well as following up to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Own transport is essential.
  • Document lead information and contacts in organizational databases.
  • Research and target new accounts and leads within organizations.
  • Be an expert in the products and communicating core value to companies.

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent social skills and, and sales experience, with proven targets reached in corporate sales.
  • Good "people skills" It is very important for the sales representative to be able to establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Good time management skills.
