Responsibilities include:

  • Manage directors cellphone and e-mail correspondence
  • Answer director’s landline and screen calls
  • Run errands
  • Manage diary/calendar in outlook
  • Manage directors travel claim on a monthly basis
  • Office management (purchasing stationery, tea, coffee etc., log it support calls etc.)
  • Client database administration
  • Filing
  • Taking instructions from Dictaphone and typing correspondence.
