Full Job Description: 

 Manage reception area, liaise with parents and communicate with the community

Candidates need to possess the following skills:

§  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people at all levels

§  Will suit someone with high energy levels and a passion for working with people within a school environment

§  Excellent written and verbal skills: Afrikaans and English

§  Must have excellent proficiency in MS Office

§  Must possess high attention to detail with high organisational ability to handle documents and files

§  Friendly telephone manner with a helpful nature

§  Must be able to use initiative and use creative and strategic thinking to find solutions under pressure

§  Must be very punctual

§  Must be an ambassador of the school at all times

§  Must be a team player

§  Must be an organised planner who can manage small and large projects and initiatives
