Short Job Description: 

Growing Human Capital and business consulting firm requires a Talent and Career Consultant/Architect on a contract basis. Core requirements will be to develop and expand the candidate database, placement and integration of talent in their clients' businesses. Preference will be given to candidates based in Pretoria or Midrand.

Full Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a database of candidates 
  • Source positions to be filled (currently there will be a steady pipeline from 3 companies).
  • Post vacant positions on BizCommunity and other social media platforms.
  • Graduate recruitment.
  • Support NPO initiative (Ignition) with placing of students for vac work and permanent positions.
  • Build relationships with the Universities for access to top students intern and/or trainee placements after completion of degrees.
  • Assist with the placement of trainees for various articles positions (legal, psychology and accounting).
  • Drafting CV’s and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Handling the placement process to the integration stage.
