Full Job Description: 

Responsibilities include:

  • Telephonic data capturing on Salesforce CRM
  • Tele-sales - identifying a possible requirement and then passing the lead to sales (current CRM database is approximately 1500 companies).
  • Update CRM system/database, ensuring all contacts/companies (each company, may have multiple contacts) are allocated correctly. This role will be suitable for a person that has a natural ability to talk with people - able to engage, generate interest in the product, and proactively enquire if there is a possible need for new or additional business.  Someone that will have the foresight to generate a lead possibly within another division of referral company, and the ability to find out who the key decision makers are
  • The ability to record data on the system, accurately and effectively communicate with the team.
  • Self-motivated and be resilient to ‘rejection’.
  • Organised and disciplined, with an excellent telephone manner
