The client is an industry leader in in-store marketing props, solutions and strategies. They require a professional HR Generalist to join their dynamic, innovative team environment on a Fixed Duration Contract for 3 months from 17 February until 15 May 2020. The suitable candidate can be based at either the Bellville CT, or Sandton JHB office.

Full Job Description: 

The main purpose of this position is to provide a generalist HR service to the various Business Units/Divisions in Cape Town.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Filling
  • Legislative Compliance (BCEA, LRA, EEA, COID, OHSA, SDA)
  • Providing support to Business Unit owners/Management on people-related practices and principles
  • Policies & Procedures administration
  • Recordkeeping & statistics

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric/ Senior Certificate
  • Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Organisational Psychology
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in an HR Officer/Generalist role
  • Valid South African Driver’s Licence
  • Own reliable transport
