Full Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

Accreditation

  • Manage the QMS system

  • Renew accreditations with Construction SETA, Transport SETA, Services SETA

  • QCT Registration and applications for accreditation

  • SABPP Registration and applications for accreditation

  • Manage the LMS system

Training Project Management

  • Draw and execute the project according to a PIP

  • Ensure that all training resources are in place in terms of a recruitment database and a facilitator database

  • Quarterly feedback is provided to clients

Management

  • Manage the training team which includes administrators, facilitators, assessors and moderators.

  • Manage all clients bookings

  • Manage the setup and execution of training, in terms of the training calendar

  • Change, amend and develop learning material in terms of SAQA alignment

Learnership and Internship Management

  • Apply for funding with the SETA

  • Execute all projects according to the PIP and within budget

SETA Management

  • SETA accreditations need to be maintained according to the QMS system for Services SETA, Transport SETA, Construction SETA, QCTO

  • All learner information must be kept up to date on all the SETA platforms.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in Human Resources

  • ISO 9001
  • Experience in managing an accredited centre

  • Sound knowledge of the QMS system
  • Experience in working with the SETA’s and QCTO

  • Competencies: requires a person who is aggressive, energetic, and competitive and wants to be the best in their field. A high level of integrity, intelligence and maturity required. Ideal competencies are listed below but are not limited to: the ability to work well in a team and independently, attention to detail, excellent organization, administrative - and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure and meet targets, problem-solving skills.

Note: Required to travel – to projects around South Africa​​​​​​​
