Our client, a social enterprise with a focus on entrepreneurial upliftment, requires a Portuguese-speaking Virtual Assistant. The VA must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, as they will be communicating to bloggers, speakers, community members, sponsor partners, etc. when organizing digital events. Must be someone who is friendly and able to communicate easily with entrepreneurs of all ages in Portuguese-speaking countries.

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (both as written and spoken languages)
- Excellent administration skills, must be able to work happily remotely and also as part of the team
- Must be computer literate (working experience in an Apple Mac environment is advantageous)
- Duties include uploading content to the website and social media posting to platforms (a technical expert is not required, someone who is good with admin)
- Must be a good and personable communicator - someone who is comfortable communicating in writing and via Whatsapp, Video chats etc.
- Must be used to coordinating meetings and events using Skype, Zoom, Google Meets etc
