Virtual Assistant Job, Remote, South Africa


A well-established business that operates 6 companies within the fire industry is looking for an executive assistant, to run the full day-to-day administrative duties and Personal Assistant to the MD. They are looking for someone that will be able to work 3 days a week and the candidate will have the option to work totally remotely or at their offices - this is very flexible.


  • Acting as Personal Assistant to the MD and managing his diary.
  • Various administrative duties.
  • Assisting the Bookkeeper with financial functions such as creditors.
  • Consolidating and presenting figures from the various businesses.
