Job Description:

The role would entail focusing on the financial needs of the business, managing the correct and accurate capturing of financial information into the Accounting System, performing reviews of various reconciliations, conducting analysis into the profitability of developments and the business as well as other financial related projects.

Duties: 

 
  1. Successfully Managing of a Team of Junior Staff
  2. Managing the timeous and accurate processing of information into the Accounting System
  3. Reviewing various reconciliations
  4. Preparing monthly management accounts
  5. Preparing monthly project reports
  6. Preparing monthly business reports
  7. Resolving various Accounting System errors
  8. Business Overhead management & analysis
  9. Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and schedules
  10. Reviewing monthly debtor invoicing
  11. Work delegated from time to time or support as required within the office
  12. Any and all ad hoc items as the Company sees fit
  13. Assisting the FM and MD with various projects
