Supplier within the manufacturing industry requires Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join the team 3 days a week.

Full Job Description: 

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing daily delivery schedule
  • Printing of delivery notes
  • Daily filing
  • Phoning suppliers and updating and maintaining of client sheet
  • Sending quotes
  • Manage switchboard

Qualities and skills:

  • Hard working, dedicated person with initiative. There is a lot of room for growth in this position
  • A proactive reliable person with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the manufacturing/factory or supply chain industry beneficial
