Short Job Description: 

A solutions specialist in road construction, road improvements, and erosion control require a Bookkeeper (6 hours per week) to process and manage the day to day financial administration and month-end. Experience on QuickBooks must be noted on cv and cover letter. Immediate start.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monthly account and data entering
  • Prepare VAT and PAYE
  • Deal with SARS on required items
  • Prepare Payslips 
  • Prepare Invoices as required
  • Prepare monthly management Accounts
