Short Job Description: 

Our Fintech client is looking to employ a company secretary to work an estimated 10 hours per month as an independent contractor, to support their business.  Support Board meetings in terms of agenda, minutes as well as the general company secretarial requirements to ensure compliance with CIPC etc.

Woodstock offices, with some work from home duties

Full Job Description: 

Our client is seeking to employ an independent contractor, to work an estimated 10 hours per month.  Support Board meetings in terms of agenda, minutes as well as the general company secretarial requirements to ensure compliance with CIPC etc. 

The next Board meeting is in November.

Essential:

1. Company secretarial experience, preferably within Financial Services

2. Office 365

3. Relevant company secretarial qualification(s), such as LLB
