Short Job Description: 

Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Marketing Manager to create and execute promotions, campaigns and other targeted customer communication and advertising via multiple platforms, to drive growth within the company. Candidate must have at least 4 years + experience in B2B Marketing. Position based in Monatgue Gardens. Hybrid model of in office/ remote work +- 5 hours a day.

Full Job Description: 

 

  • Support the Sales Team by effective and timeous advertising and other relevant communication to customers
  • Work closely with the National & Regional Sales Managers to identify new opportunities, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, promotions and added value offerings to drive sales and customer loyalty vs competitors
  • Understand what has worked well and hat has not worked well previously and enhance all key touch points and messaging to be more effective, more impactful
  • Customer Relationship Management including data analysis, insight generation and driect marketing campaigns to drive more sales
  • Portfolio Management including New Product Development for the purpose of profitable growth whilst meeting and exceeding customer needs
  • Investigates existing marketing and business practices and recommends opportunities for improvement
  • Management of social media (content, reach and efficiency)

Education Requirements

University Degree (Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Marketing) or College Diploma

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years in a B2B environment
