Our client sources project information/tendering opportunities on behalf of their clients (Property Developers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors etc.). They require a Database Administration to accurately verify/update the existing company/contact details.

  • Contact all companies listed on the database to verify full contact details: telephone, fax, email, postal and physical addresses.  Attention to detail and accuracy essential.                                                        
  • Assist project researchers in confirming contact details for companies to be added to active projects, and assist the team from time to time with research related ad-hoc telephonic projects                                                

Skills and experience:

  • Computer literate, if you have worked on Pulse (internal project software system) please highlight in your cover letter.
  • Good verbal and written communication (spelling is important for database administration)
  • Experience capturing date accurately
  • Telesales experience - ability to comfortably handle the volume of calls made on a daily basis
