A caring individual with experience in managing staff effectively as well be able to empathise with parents. Someone that is able to incorporate the vision of the principal. Must be able to maintain long term relationships. Passionate about education and development of younger children.


  • Aid with staff-related issues
  • Assist parents with queries
  • Help organise and arrange activities and events
  • Aid with day to day running of the school
  • Organise and run staff meetings if the principal is not there
  • Provide guidance to staff and parents when the need arises
