Full Job Description: 

Finance Controller Job, Johannesburg North, Gauteng. 

Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Reviewing of captured customer invoices and debtors management
  • Reviewing of captured supplier invoices and creditors management
  • Review of the payment schedule
  • Ensure that monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations are produced on an accurate and timely basis to include bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors, fixed assets and project reconciliations.
  • Maintain General Ledger and Trial Balance
  • Maintain  Chart of Accounts
  • Generate Management Report from Accounting System, review all supporting reconciliation report
  • Draft Annual Financial Reports
  • Assist in resolving Adhoc tax queries
  • Review of monthly payroll

Tax:

  • Review  all tax submission ( VAT, PAYE, and Dividends Tax)
  • Capture Income Tax submission on E-filing
  • Assist in resolving Adhoc tax queries
  • Task allocated  by management
